About Holistic Therapy:

Holistic therapy is an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness. It encourages individuals to recognize the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. The individual is an active participant in their health decisions and healing processes, including wellness-oriented lifestyle choices. Holistic approaches to health are derived from ancient healing traditions that help to achieve higher levels of wellness and prevent disease.  

Through healthcare practices complimentary to western medicine, a holistic health approach enables us to consider the mechanical, biochemical and emotional elements of our complex systems, versus treating symptom individually.

  • Osteopathy was created by Andrew Still and introduced the concept of using manual therapy to help the body self-heal. It restores the body’s dysfunctions by finding the cause of inflammation and pain. Creating mobility in the articulations ensures proper circulation of liquids to nourish your tissues and improves chronic pain management.

  • Have you experienced head trauma, fall or concussion symptoms that won’t go away? These sessions are meant to bring back the primary respiratory movement from the cranium to the sacrum. This ensures proper communication and reintegration of the vestibular system as well.

  • Using the data provided by the FIT3D body scanner, the postural assessment aims to evaluate all alignment measurements and monitor progress through time.

    To do so, we use postural data from the initial scan and compare it to the post-treatment results. This includes aligning the qualitative data to the quantitative data, from which we establish a customized treatment plan.
