BENEFITS OF REBOUNDING
Anyone can experience the benefits of rebounding at HôB
The gentle up and down motion stimulates the lymphatic system, distributing white blood cells throughout the body, while flushing toxins and waste.
Strengthens the back without the strain of running or jogging. Improves posture and keeps joints loose and flexible for optimal movement of the body.
The natural motion of bouncing releases endorphins, instantly relieves you of stress and leaves you in a state of relaxation and positivity.
Osteoporosis & Osteoarthritis
Rebounding has been found to rebuild bone mass and even stop the progression of osteoporosis. It also provides a low-impact, non-stressful exercise allowing you to get a full cardio workout with little to no strain on your joints.
Rebounding not only provides efficient, low-impact exercise which is essential for a healthy heart, it improves the functioning of all other major systems in our body.
Rebounding gets our white blood cells moving which are responsible for fighting disease. The more efficient our immune system, the stronger we are.
Rebounding allows you to burn calories no matter how low or intense your workout is. A light bounce is enough to get your heart pumping and body working.
Rebounding exercise can be done by anyone in order to prevent and control the spread of diabetes. The non-strenuous exercise can reduce symptoms of the disease by controlling blood sugar levels.
This high-intensity cardio hour will get your sweat and endorphins pumping! You will enjoy 45 minutes of fast-paced routines including toning where you will bounce to the beat of the music, with a 15 minute cool down.
First-timer? This is the class for you. Ease yourself in to the basics of bounce! We will introduce you to the basic concepts of guided rebounding and High-Intensity-Interval-Traini
ng (HIIT). This class welcomes all fitness levels!
Enrich the movement of your yoga flow with dance and bounce. Includes gentle flows and balance poses that are playful yet relaxing. Balancing and posture poses on the malleable surface requires extra strength and focus.
What do our bouncers have to say?
Great class. Current upbeat music to get you moving, really friendly instructors, GREAT workout and relaxed atmosphere. I’m normally looking at the clock hoping exercise time is almost over, but the bouncing just flies by. Heather and Alex will keep you on your toes but make the routines easy to follow. I’m in!
Amazing! I’m usually a pretty active person, but I was in a fitness rut. I took classes with both Alex and Heather and found that my heart rate was just as elevated as during one of my runs, but I engaged way more muscle groups and had a lot more fun! Great music, organization, and encouragement! Everyone should try this!
Had such an amazing time @ House Of Bounce. Great workout & terrific instructors! they put you through a constantly varied, high intensity workout that helps you build strength, stamina, flexibility, agility and coordination, while you are having so much fun bouncing!! will be back for more my abs were sore for days.
An incredible work out (seriously) and such a great vibe. Can’t help but smile after an HoB class – bounced to great music, leave feeling strong. Also really appreciate that I can get my sweat on without impacting my joints – I have shoulder and knee problems and bouncing doesn’t flare up any pain. Truly awesome, I’m hooked!
Every single time I’ve gone to House of Bounce, I’ve had the most enjoyable time. You can’t help but smile when you’re in one of these things and the instructors are top notch. Definitely worth a try! Such a fun workout.
