Meet Tamara.

Hello, my name is Tamara.

Passionate advocate for mental wellness and preventative health, Tamara is the mind, the body, and the soul behind the Innergetic Wellness Center.

Practicing Holistic Therapist, she is completing her final year in the Manual Osteopathy Program at Etablissement d'Enseignement Supérieur d'Ostéopathie. She is an active member of The Canadian Society for the Tradition of Osteopathy, known as SoCaTo and Association RITMA.  She views the human body as an art and teaches her clients how it can heal itself if you listen to what it is saying. She was inspired to apply her talent in manual interventions to embrace her next journey in health: helping others identify and resolve issues before they lead to risks and complications.

Leveraging a rich education in Health Sciences, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Management: Healthcare Concentration from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University. In her corporate career spanning 10+ years, she worked in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Information Technology industries. She was trusted to solve complex problems for improving today’s care model. She understands our healthcare systems and ways we can remodel healthcare by changing mindsets to treating causes, rather than observing symptoms.

Deepening her journey as a health prevention advocate, Tamara’s core values are passion, community, self-awareness, and unconditional love. She is determined to provide her community with resources that empower them to take control of their health. She does so through the Innergetic Wellness Center, as well as through public speaking engagements, tailored to various audiences.
